Learning from the Hermits – Transformation of Body and Mind
Ancient Tibetan Methods such as Lu Jong, Tog Chöd, Tsa Lung and meditation have been helping people find greater peace, compassion and health for thousands of years. Something we all need more urgently than ever in these breathless, stressful times.
I have been studying the transformative methods of the Himalayas for over 20 years. It is a huge treasure trove of knowledge about the body and mind, our emotions, our well-being – and our true nature. My training as a systemic coach allows me to incorporate Western methods into my work alongside Far Eastern ones. I use what I have learned to create space for more contentment, compassion and relaxation.
On my journey so far, certain themes have always accompanied me: death (and the joy of life) as well as the search for a home, for the feeling of simply being allowed to be. Tibetan yoga, meditation and deep compassion, one of the core elements of Tibetan Buddhism, have also brought me closer and closer to this goal.
I would be delighted to accompany you on your journey.

Flexibility and relaxation at any age
With just a few minutes a day, you can change your whole life.
The five Lu Jong movements for balancing the elements in body and mind are simple. Anyone can do them – truly. Whether standing, or adapted for sitting, or with very small movements: they bring flexibility and greater contentment.
As one student once said: “I can tie my shoes standing up again. And my colleagues have been asking me why I don’t seem so stressed anymore.”
That alone is enough – and if you want more or something different: just talk to me!
