Finding inner peace – through body and mind

There are many paths to finding inner peace and mental clarity.

Some work with the body, others with the mind. And most of the time, of course, with both.

Generally it is far easier to work with the body – who then automatically soothes the mind. Give it a try!

For over 20 years I have been exploring the transformative methods of the Himalaya, and I am also a trained coach. I offer various methods to help you find more clarity, relaxation, health and balance. Whether it’s the Tibetan healing yoga Lu Jong, the sword technique Tog Chöd, mindfulness and other forms of meditation, systemic & holistic coaching – or a combination tailored especially to you.

A brief overview of some of the methods I offer:

Lu Jong has been practised in Tibet for thousands of years. Hermits use these movements to this day to stay healthy and support their meditations. They are simple physical movements that activate the body’s self-healing powers while helping to overcome negative emotions – such as anger and jealousy – to achieve emotional balance, mental clarity and increased energy. more

The five elements are the basis of all life: Space, Earth, Wind, Fire and Water. They make up our planet, our body – and our mind functions on the basis of the five elements too. An imbalance leads to disturbances and thus to illness and mental problems such as stress, anxiety or depression. With the Five Elements Practices we restore balance. more

Tog Chöd is a dance with the sword. A powerful dance. A battle against our own negative emotions. Tog Chöd uses the power of anger – to free us from it. To transform it. Tog Chöd cuts through our fears and expectations – and brings us right into the present moment. Into our inner strength, our deep clarity and power. more

Mindfulness is the foundation of all meditation. Shiné, as the Tibetans call it, guides us step by step towards a calmer, clearer mind – right in the middle of everyday life. Not by switching off thoughts, but by consciously noticing and gently letting go. more

Coaching means: listening to you. And asking exactly the right questions to help you find your own answers and your own path. Answers that lie deep within you. Answers that give you the space to stand firmly in life and walk your path with joy. more
