Methods such as Lu Jong, Tog Chöd, Tsa Lung and meditation have been helping people find greater peace, compassion and health for thousands of years. Something we all need more urgently than ever in these breathless, stressful times.
I have been studying the transformative methods of the Himalayas for over 20 years. It is a huge treasure trove of knowledge about the body and mind, our emotions, our well-being – and our true nature. My training as a systemic coach allows me to incorporate Western methods into my work alongside Far Eastern ones. I use what I have learned to create space for more contentment, compassion and relaxation.
On my journey so far, certain themes have always accompanied me: death (and the joy of life) as well as the search for a home, for the feeling of simply being allowed to be. Tibetan yoga, meditation and deep compassion, one of the core elements of Tibetan Buddhism, have also brought me closer and closer to this goal.
I would be delighted to accompany you on your journey.

Background
I was born in Munich in 1966.
My parents were wonderful. My mother had fled Silesia as a child, my father came from Westphalia to work as a cameraman in the film industry – and ended up in Munich. Both had lost their homes in their own way.
My mother committed suicide when I was six – my father was there for me.
At 17, I travelled to Italy for the first time (without my parents) to visit friends. I discovered my Mediterranean side and learned Italian.
Journalism: It was clear: I wanted to write about the world, about politics, about people. I succeeded, working at the Süddeutsche Zeitung and later at the Abendzeitung. And in 2003, I realised that I was no longer satisfied.
In 2004, thanks to Nelly Porschet, I discovered Lu Jong and started my own business.
I continued to work in the field of language and also began organising events and festivals such as the Munich Theatron MusikSommer.
In 2007, I met Tulku Lobsang – and found what I had been searching for for a long time: spirituality with grounding, profound methods and answers to many of my questions.
Since 2009, I have been training with Tulku Lobsang to become a teacher and trainer in Tibetan healing yoga Lu Jong, Tibetan Five Elements practices, mindfulness, Tog Chöd (sword), participating in retreats on Buddhist psychology, Tummo (inner fire), Tibetan medicine, Rigpa, Mother and Father Tantra, initiation into Vajravarahi and much more.
Since 2011, translations of lectures, retreats, training courses, an initiation (Vajravarahi) and seminars by Tulku Lobsang into German. Online translation of H.H. Kyapgon Ngawang Tenzin Rinpoche (initiations into Vajravarahi, Chakrasamvara, Medicine Buddha, Avalokiteshavara, as well as teachings on Mahamudra – The True Nature of Mind, Compassion).
Not only do I enjoy these translations immensely, I am also infinitely grateful for the ever-deepening insight into Tibetan Buddhism, its workings and background. And it strengthens my bond with Tulku-la more and more.
From 2013 onwards, I organised Tulku-la’s events in Germany and headed his German association, Nangten Menlang Deutschland.
From 2021 to 2023, I was employed by Rinpoche’s association Nangten Menlang International in Vienna.
2024 – Training as a systemic coach – for me, the connection between ancient traditions and Western knowledge.
I have been living in Barcelona since the end of 2024. And every day I discover more of my inner space, my inner home.
